Enjoy champagne cocktails and hor d’oeurves from the Duquense Club during the VIP Reception in the newly opened Philip Chosky Production Center. The VIP Hour will be hosted by the playwrights of City Theatre’s 45th Season, including award-winning Broadway staple Theresa Rebeck, and special guest film and TV star (and proud Pittsburgher) Zachary Quinto.

Each VIP Guest will receive 1 ticket for a menu item at one of the food trucks an 2 drink tickets for wine, beer, or soda.

Additionally, VIP Guests will enjoy all BASH events throughout the evening, including special performances and the after-party.


Take it to the streets! City Theatre is opening up our entire campus for a party like you’ve never seen before! BASH PATRONs will have a wide range of activities to experience including two previews of our upcoming season: the cast of Cambodian Rock Band performing the surf-rock music of Dengue Fever and Jill Sobule, the songwriter and musician behind the world premiere F*ck7thGrade.

Each BASH PATRON guest will have access to the 1Hood After Party and will receive 2 drink tickets for wine, beer, or soda.


Dance the night away with our After Party Co-Chairs Day Bracey, Tye Clarke, Marta Napoleone, and Todd Smith at this exclusive late-night dance party hosted by 1Hood Media and DJ Qrx. AFTER PARTY tickets include access to the Sarris Candies Dessert Station and 1 drink tickets for wine, beer, or soda.

Windy City Weekend!

A weekend full of theater in Chicago with City Theatre’s, Artistic Producer, Reginald L. Douglas! Enjoy tickets to the award-winning Steppenwolf Theatre with a private backstage tour of their brand-new theater complex and dinner with Isaac Gomez, writer of this season’s world premiere PerkUp PerKup. Join Pittsburgh Post-Gazette Senior Theatre critic Christopher Rawson for an exclusive trip to London! Perfect for the lover of theater and culture, this trip includes tickets to three wonderful shows handpicked for you by Mr. Rawson, who knows his London after living and visiting there for decades.

Guests will stay at the Radisson Blu Edwardian Hampshire Hotel in Leicester Square in one of London’s most exciting and dynamic areas. In our equivalent of Times Square, from the hotel you’re within walking distance of the West End, China Town, Trafalgar Square and a myriad of hip bars and restaurants. You may also be lucky enough to catch a few a-list celebs gliding down the red carpet, as Leicester Square is home to some of the hottest film premieres.

Included is a backstage tour, dinner at the famed restaurant, The Ivy, and high tea at the National Portrait Gallery, taking in some of the city’s gorgeous history and artwork there and at other museums.
