Exchange Tickets
City Theatre Subscribers can exchange their tickets for tickets to any other performance of the same production; tickets cannot be exchanged between different productions.
Tickets can be exchanged up until two hours prior to the performance. Exchanges are subject to availability; we recommend making arrangements as early as possible.
Ticket prices vary according to subscription plans and performance dates. If you exchange into a higher-priced performance, you will be charged the appropriate difference in price. There are, however, no refunds for moving into a lower-priced performance.
If you’re unsure about which other performance you would like to attend at the time of exchange, we will place the tickets ON HOLD until you decide. You must call the Box Office at 412.431.2489 to request that your tickets be held.
Donate Tickets
If you are unable to attend a show, you may donate your tickets back to City Theatre. We will provide you with a receipt for a tax-deductible contribution in the amount of the ticket value.
You must call the City Theatre Box Office at 412.431.2489 BEFORE your ticketed performance to donate your tickets.
Redeem Vouchers
Each Flex Voucher can be redeemed for any performance of any production during the current subscription season and select CityEvent productions.
Vouchers can be used in any combination: all for one show, one each for six shows, or anything in between. Once redeemed, flex tickets may only be exchanged for other performances within the same production.
Vouchers can be redeemed online (below), by phone (412.431.2489) or in person at the City Theatre Box Office. Seating is subject to availability so we highly recommend that you reserve your tickets in advance.
Unused vouchers may be donated as a tax-deductible contribution to City Theatre. We will provide you with a receipt for a tax-deductible contribution in the amount of the ticket value. Vouchers can only be donated during their subscription season.
